The P-Plan commented on in the present section is a report of a working group of the Danish Government, published in 1971 under the full title: Perspektivplanlægning 1970-1985, and containing forecasts of Danish public activites. Computing is not directly referred to in my comment, but is indirectly relevant in view of the potential impact of computers on society discussed in section 9.4.6.
