The present study deals with the effort which has been spent on developing and testing a program that in all essentials was based on techniques that to the author-programmer were entirely well known. It offers concrete illustrations of the kind of effort needed in adapting general algorithmic solutions to a given specific task, and in testing the resulting program. The actual development was done with the purpose of producing material for supporting a second year university level course of computer science (Copenhagen University, Datalogi 1).
